Re: Jrx2 wheels - information on the wheels used on older Lo
here's a picture of a JR I use to own with the Trinity wheels. These are 2 inch wheels front and rear. For the fronts, I wound up using some Tamiya tires. I wish they came in 2.15's like the other wheels of that era. As you can see in the picture below, the green color was very close to the RPM yellow tie rod ends and the 88 tooth losi spur. I was going to put A&L bell cranks on, but they just looked too yellow.

Wow.
Dude...there's a strong degree of envy coursing through my veins right now.
Wow. She's a beaut.
You have blessed my morning with such magnificence. Thank you. Is there more of this wonder in other angles?
Glad to be back in this hobby so many many years later. To see new things and to recollect on ALL cool vintage models!

Here are some yellow Losi logo-wheels for use with foam tires,
they are standard JRX size wheels, just without a bead on the outside.
I have one complete set front/rear with foams:

Here is one pair of front "Natural" color rims.
I've had these for years and I just noticed today that the header card has
a different part number and description ("A 7300, Rear Tire Spiked")
underneath the "A 7001 Front Rims-Natural" sticker...
I suppose these were not truly New-In-Package???
Although I can't see multiple staple holes through the header card?
Anyways, the rims appear to be new:

I have seen other "new" Losi parts with re-labeled header cards.

More photos for comparison.....

Yellow on top, Pale Orange left, Orange on right, and Hot Orange on bottom. My lighting is horrible so the orange colors look the same in the photo.

Pale Orange on Left and Orange on Right. I believe the Pale Orange was the wheels used on the Box Art JRx2.

Natural on the left and Clear Natural on the right.
