Yes the skid plate is a must for the SC10 and looks cool. However, we have sold a bunch of the newer SC10's and not sold any spare chassis lately! I wonder if the newer chassis are stronger?

Some pictures of my truck with the Proline wheels with Bowtie tires and my new sweet Bully Dog body. I loved Jeff Ward back in the day! In a manly way!

I got sick and tired of replacing THREE sets of front arms on my sons 1/2 FT SC10. So I swapped out to the RPM GT2 front end. Should be strong now!

The only problem is, I wasted money on 3 sets of arms and a FT alum brace! :x

I added a few more goodies to my SC10.
The Factory Team battery brace and blue thumb screws

The J concepts Illuzion SC10 over-tray. It comes with cool blue thumb screws that hold it to the rear shock tower. Now I can play in the mud and snow!

Yes there was a problem, but as far as I know, only with the early SC10's. The later ones came with a bag of 2 shims and instructions. I think all the new ones come installed.

How do I know if my kit was part of the recall? I just emailed AE to ask the same thing. Curious what you knew.
