The painter did a great job and the stickers are spot on - not too many and carefully placed. Thumbs up

There should be two additional tear drops on the top for clearance of those 2 screws your seeing :!:

Is it me, or does the correct shell not have the angled side panels on the body shell? Its a lower profile too IIRC, at least, the shell i sent out to Reggie a while back, was VERY different to the shell we see here and the later shell fitted to my car.

There is something wierd going-on with the shell... but that doesn't detract from what is a great looking buggy & a superb period paint/colour scheme - in fact all three of your vintage buggies are stunning!

I was wondering if anyone had recreated a 'Ruffy' paint scheme - it was something I was planning on doing on a spare Mr Lexan Mirage that I have!

With regard to that shell - the side pods do slope on an original shell....

But there seems to be a gradual 'hump' halfway down the shell's sides that also closes up the side windows on the cockpit?

if my memory is correct, works '91 came with 2 of waterdrop-shape rooms for front bulkhead screws. but Rob put these 2 screws on the body. and i can't see those 2 stuff. what do you guys call it? many yoke bodies came with them right?

Thanx for the very nice comments guy's :D

Originaly the body that came with the car had the teardrops, to give clearance to the screws.
The TBG shell which is probably a 93 or up version, had a slimmer noseline and the body sat to high because of the screws it rested on.
What i did is cutting an alternative noseline and opened up the spots were the screws are under.
Now the body sits lower and i can even use the bodypost, that was cut of by the original owner. ( i super glued it back on ;-)
I have a original body with a not so fancy paintjob, i am thinking of sending it to TBG to make a repro of it.

Cheers
