without looking at the thunder tiger manual, my gut feel from that photo is the threads are metric. fine for the top parts, but would likely damage the noseplate threads. best bet on those is the BST or ebay.

this ball bearing steering setup would work the same as the A&L kit for most purposes. there are some slight ackermann differences, but probably not enough to notice. this thread and many responses came about before A&L started reproducing the rack kits.

Ok, that makes this kind of pointless now IMO. I just don't think chasing down hard to find parts is worth the slight cost savings.
