I've been saying it all along, it looks like 4wd is going to be a whole lot more competitive this time around....

Life is like a box of chocolate, you never know what R/C car you're gonna get next!!!

Will the oval still be there for the Vintage Off-Road Nationals? I'm thinking about pulling out one of my Dominators for a vintage oval race.

I am still waiting on a couple last parts for my 4wd and 2wd entries, but here's my Classics entry, a Tamiya Grasshopper with a vintage Parma Stinger body. Original spring shocks all around.

It's looking like my LXT might actually make it to the big race finally! Still plenty of little stuff to do to it, but I drove it across my living room and kitchen tonight. What a relief, it was really coming down to the wire again.

Scott- there's no excitement if you get everything done early.
The Hotshot is ready to roll in 4wd-- waiting on rims from HK still for nice new Goose Bumps, but here she is with some test wheels mounted:

I'll be bringing last year's 2wd entry, my trusty gold pan in case my Traxxas Rad2 doesn't va my voom
It did get nice new front wheels and tires courtesy Mr. Cline:

Hey, I'm the only one posting my blurry pics in here.
My Rad2 is 95% there. I need to install my personal and find some rear buggy tires. The ones on it were just to check the shock droop. Will the shop be stocked with Double Dees?
I had to hack a Bandit body to fit it, but it will do.

It is strange to see white Traxxas parts though- I was out of the hobby by the time these started coming around. It does run nice and I'm looking forward to this weekend.
I just need to find time to sleep.
