959 has problem with plastic cracks up with time. Egress has quite a bit of plastic components, especially the rear arms. Any problem like 959??

Tower shows they are in stock now but I think I'll pass. I'm not a hardcore tamiya guy and I still have my re-release Avante sitting unbuilt. And my Associated re-release rc10 is also still sealed in the box!

I noticed the Avante and Egress front and rear arms are not the same. Any expert can comment on their durability and functionality?? Is it like one is better than the other??

The Egress one piece arms are lighter and more durable.

The Avante pieces have turnbuckles screwed in to the plastic and thats where they broke.

Like I said, the Egress was a "fixed" Avante.
I miss brushed motors in that hazy, everything seemed better when I was a kid, kind of way.
