While waiting for IFMAR Worlds 2WD racing in Chico, due to rain, I took my B2 to the A Main indoor track. Had the whole place to myself untill Losi showed up to video the new 22-4  . FUN track and times!

Funny you mention cab, because I think two of those pics are of my B4  . Chico was fun but the best was driving North through the Red Wood Forest!

Rod, every time this thread gets bumped or added to, I read it all again, especially the B2/B3 differences... then I get my pile of B2 and B3 projects and new and used bits out, and I consider making a start.... pulling everything to pieces, cleaning, sorting, working out what is upgrade and what is stock.
KillerBs.JPG

Then it hits me exactly how much work all that is..... and I remember that it's Imperial tools, not proper tools.... and then I remember exactly how many new Imperial bearings I have (none)... and then I remember that I'm a lazy s.o.b..... and then I put it all back in the box, and it goes away until next time.

My name is Alex, and I have a problem......

Good point..... Certainly going to give it a try.... currently gathering all the info regarding B2 and B3 differences, to see if I can make at least one of each. Which B2 to build, though..... I have both cf and frp front shock towers, and carbon and plastic B2 top plates.................

Methinks I will have to strip them all, and sort what is what and what is usable. That sounds like a weekend job.....

That's an unfortunate truth, these days..... once it goes over 500g, USPS adds a big chunk to the price 'just because they can', which Aus Post is only too happy to pass on...

Alex, The B2 only came with composite parts! The carbon parts were only for sale individually off the shelf! I would build a box stock version, but if you have the parts, I would build a fully modded one as well!

I have been on a bit of a vacation. After the Worlds in Chico, we drove up the West coast of the USA and then across to Victoria so see my brother and then east to Summerland BC to visit more family. So I took my RC10B2 down to Skaha beach to rip! What fun that was. Sorry for no action shots, as I don't have a third appendage to drive and shoot like Rizzo or VintageAE! How they do it, I don't know! :?

So now you want me to build two B2s, as well as a B3????? Yikes!!!!

Okay, will do the full stripdown this weekend, and pile all the parts together to start rebuilding. I wish people would use some consistency in the allen key sizes, though...... pulling the first B2 down, I had to find two specific non-metric allen keys just to pull the rear plate off one chassis..... and I still haven't gotten all the screws out!!!! I miss Schumachers!!!!!!
