Funny, I started this thread oh so long ago to tease Scr8p a little bit and it's turned into a showcase for his awesome work. 8) As fun as it is to play, you can't deny the man's skills. 8)

Don't worry, I'll still find things to tease him about.

We discussed painting silver behind the grill to make it look like a continuation of the radiator. But after looking at pics on the internet, it seemed that most people left it the main body color. So that's what we did.

The alternator...... that is just an unfortunate deal. With the fuel injection unit, you can't mount it high and centered. And with the rack and tapered frame rails, you can't mount it low where the power steering pump would normally go. We don't like it either, but it is what it is.

A Kyosho sticker on the alternator would fix it.

That would make it even worse.

In other news, another one of our builds is heading to Barrett-Jackson next month in CT. We built this one 5-6 years ago for Paul Teutul Sr. of Orange County Choppers.

Been busting ass on getting the Chevelle all painted before it got super duper hot. Turned out alright. Got the stripes finished up this week. Now it's really just final assembly.
