That is a car kit from a company called Factory Five. It is based on a Corvette. The kit is $20,000 and this car will pull over 1 G on the skid and hits 60 in 3 seconds with a BONE STOCK LT1. Rear engine design, Porche gearbox, this car is built to run. It is kinda like GT40 meets XJ220 meets Ferrari. Here is one of the customers cars. Check them out at http://www.factoryfive.com
