I think about a Bosscat, but the chassis seems to be an aftermarket.
local club president, but also family team manager - mecanic - official sponsor, and some times cruising my RC cars......YES!!!!!!!!!!

Thats a schmacher bosscat team with upgraded asymetric chassis

It looks to me to be a Bosscat Comp (red side plates) but has the works chassis and shock bodies.
