Thread with a bunch of brushless setups for cheap?
I've tried searching and came up with way too many things to look thru so I'm hoping someone sees this and remembers what I'm talking about. Here goes...awhile back there was a thread of maybe a members ride in either the rc10 buggy or rc10 truck section and they asked about a brushless system. From there many other members started throwing links in for brushless systems that were around $100 from different hobby shops via the internet. I was hoping to find that thread or some places to start looking for them. Found some stuff on ebay but would like to try some other things to compare...affordably. Any one have an inkling of what I'm rambling on about?
Thanx

I don't remember the thread that you reffer to however for information quite a few guys at my club are running the Ezrun set ups. Although the base models are not sensored they seem to perform very well with a good turn of speed compared to much more expensive equipment. I've seen the 9.5 and I think 6.5 running and I was very impressed the only issue for me is they are not legal as far as regional and national competitions are concerned.
Experience is that marvelous thing that enables you to recognize a mistake when you make it again.

I run a couple of ezrun's and they're sweet

Why aren't they legal? Aren't sensored systems supposed to be superior to sensorless?Synergy wrote:I don't remember the thread that you reffer to however for information quite a few guys at my club are running the Ezrun set ups.
