Super Shot Runner???
Who else has a Super Shot runner. ??????
Just won one of e bay and cant wait to run her.
I have a Super Shot shelfer and is too good to run. So with this new addition to my collection it will be my vintage racer. Im going to fit bell cranks to it and better shocks so i cant wait.
Will be good to see how it performs compare to my Rc Channel converted Hot Shot.
Is there anyone else running a Super Shot. ?????????

Re: Super Shot Runner???
Thanks Brandon.
Looks good.
What shocks did you put on it???
I have a set of Yeh racing shocks that are 100mm and are perfect fpr the back but their 70 mm are too small for the front. The original ones dont much throw either.
Thanks.

Re: Super Shot Runner???
I ran a Hotshot with the hop-up SS 4 shock kit at last year's VONats.
Here it is at the races (still in pieces right now):

This year I am going to race my shelfer JG Dart bodied HS. Not sure if this one is getting 4 shocks or not:

The preceding contained opinions, beliefs and thoughts that all may not agree with. No offense was intended at any point. Carry on.

Re: Super Shot Runner???
They are the Tamiya Buggy aeration shocks. Come as a set of 4. SUPER smooth, nice quality. The rears are about 1/4" shorter than the originals. So, I drilled 2 new holes in the rear shock tower to lower it in reference to the chassis, thus letting the rear suspension droop more. A arms at full up position (molded in stops) leaves the shocks with another 1/8" of up travel.Mad Racer wrote:Thanks Brandon.
