GT wide front axles?

i have them on my '08 nats rc10. i used them to gain back the lost trackwidth because of the negative offset on the b4 rims.
and so the inside bead of the rim would clear the front side of the arm during compression while turning.

That's exactly what I was thinking. What about B4 wheels on the rear, do they need any widening or spacers?
