Vintage Tekin ESC question
I'm finishing up my Losi Jrx-Pro and want to find the speed control I used to use long ago. It was made by Tekin, and it was squard with a keypad on the top...no heatsinks or anything. It was an awesome ESC for its time. Can anyone help me out with a model number? Thanks in advance.

Ah yeah, thats it. I really liked that esc back in the day. I used to run it in my Schumacher Cougar 2000.

Re: Vintage Tekin ESC question
Ah!
I can't remember when these first came out '92 or '93???
Apparently Tekin bought the design off an Aussie. The Aussie brand was "Force", designed and manufactured in Aus..
The Purge Force Mach 3 had an audible keypad and regenerative breaking!
It would play a little tune from the motor when you fired it up, using the high frequency switching!
The Tekin played an almost identical tune. I'll try and dig some pics if anyone is interested.

TRX-1, never low on street credit.

Re: Vintage Tekin ESC question
the 410k was released in 92 then re-released in 95 due to popularity from memory.
