Good luck, they are not easy. I got lucky on mine, very lucky, buried in a pile of an old shop. I'll keep my eyes out. Alabama appears to be a dry state.

i don't know how hard the fronts are to come by, but i think i got pretty lucky with those. i bought 3 prs. off a guy on ebay. the auction title just said 2.1 proline front tires. i couldn't read the label in his pic, but i needed 2.1's, so i didn't really care which ones they were. they showed up today, and there was 1 pr. of 8015's (worlds tire), and 2 prs. of 8115's. those are the ones in the pic of kinwalds worlds car from 93 or so.

8115 are the "Wide Five" tires. Nice to have for a real World's replica.

actually, i just figured out that the ones in the above pic on kinwalds car are the 8015 xtr, with 5 ribs. mine are the 8115 xtr, with 4 ribs. i must have forgot how to count.

they're close, but not the same.

EDIT: wait a minute, that can't be right, neither. the plain worlds ribbed tires are 8015. :? i was going by the article in one of the archive threads kenooze posted with that picture in it. it says he used the 8015 xtr "five wide" tires on the front.

does anyone know the correct part # for the ones on kinwalds car?

The Wide Five tires are PRO-105, which should translate to 8105.
