Re: Orange's first project page... (A&L Builds)
Those were just a couple things I did real fast... My wife and i own a Hearing aid dispensing business and I do all the repairs and make custom hearing aids there in my lab. One of those repairs is to the shells. I use UV curing plastic material that requires sanding and buffing after curing and hence having a buffer at the office... I found that polishing aluminum is quite messy in comparison and well, messy is not something I want at the office so I only did these items there and brought another buffer home so that I can do some more items at home and make a mess, For the record, I can make these more shiny. I spent aprox 10 minutes on these as the buffing compound I use on the hearing aids does a fantastic job cutting on the aluminum quickly.

A couple updates to the builds.... Got the towers from JayDub... Still debating if I'm going to use one for the Pro... Might not. I also have installed a transmission in the Pro, but that is going to be changed out for a A&L Belt...

Those are some serious builds. Usually you see an A&L build but not 3 at once with 3 different kits.

I bought the fiberglass kit about 6-7 years ago from an auction that Darryl had on eBay and have been waiting for the graphite to come along since. Finally got this one right before I started this thread....

The a&l is the best ever hop-up for the rc-10 and ultimas.
No one cant beat that quality.
Just great.

I saw all 3 of these cars during the Cactus Classic this year and I can say they are TOP RATE........the photo station is State of the art too. Orange has lots of time on his hands, but the quality of the builds shows it.

Beautiful cars!
I do have to comment on the photography itself. Nice work!
The motor guard really sets it apart from everything I've seen!
