2.25 motor plate

Post by DMAT »

are there any newer motor plates that are compatible with the 2.25?

I'd really like to keep my original motor plates un modified b/c their finish is still fairly good.

If not, can you still run a stealth properly with only the 3 mounting points and the 4th screw shortened so that it doesnt go all the way through sort of like the 6 gear?

just leave the 4th spacer out and use a shorter screw with a nut between the case and plate.

unless he'd stamp them out of aluminum with the chassis brace like factory, it's a waste of time in my opinion.

original motor plates are not that hard to find.

I guess my answer shouldve been yes there is. Better suited for a graphite chassis or mid setup though.
