Anyway, I've been fortunate enough to snag a really good Optima Mid Custom Special roller on eBay here in Australia. It'll go really well with the Turbo Scorpion that my parents...

Finally I got these restore projects started. I have been collecting parts since may this year and I think I have all that's needed. As my other builds, these two cars will be built by using mostly second hand parts (in great condition).

When I look around it seems common among many drivers that they want a heavier oil up front, than in the rear shocks.
Guess I will have to try :)

Hi all, new member here. My name is Steve and i was heavily into RC in the late 80's to early 90's. Owned a few different models from Tamiya and Kyosho, but my favorites were always the Optima Mids.

Anyone else seen or heard that the long wheel base mid is next on the list?, apparently there was a toy fair in Japan resently with kyosho having 1 on display.
