Houge Trailing Arm Question
Houge Trailing Arm Question
I found a set of new Houge trailing arms in my parts box. Do I need a special chassis or will a conventional chassis drilled properly work (like a gold or black tub)?

Re: Houge Trailing Arm Question
You cannot mount them to a tub chassis without serious modifications to the chassis (a lotta hackin' and a whackin'). They can be mounted on any other flat graphite or G-10 fiberglass chassis with proper drilled holes. No reason why not, just make sure you drill the new holes straight.
IIRC, there is a thread on the forums somewhere that shows a photo with the exact location dimensions of the Houge chassis holes for the trailing arms.
