Yes, moving is a PAIN. Whats even worse is not buying the home your wife is in love with because she sees all of the,uh,"potential" it has, and you see it for what it is (endless weekends of work and paying the light bill at Home Depot for years!) I was hating life for a while after that one

That's a darned if you do, darned if you don't situation! You buy the place to make her happy, and end up "working" for Home Depot to the end of time, or you buy a place that's just fine and listen to her complain about the "dream" house she could have had.

Check this out: My first daughter was born on a Monday and that Friday we moved into a new house. No sleep, everything in boxes and a baby with colic. Don't ever do anything like that. Now, my life is like this exchange from Old School:

Frank: I told my wife I wouldn't drink tonight. Besides, I got a big day tomorrow. You guys have a great time.
College Student: A big day? Doing what?
Frank: Well, um, actually a pretty nice little Saturday, we're going to go to Home Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I don't know, I don't know if we'll have enough time.

i've kinda been absent from the internet alot the past couple months and havent even checked ebay for associated stuff in a couple months as well... (which is good since this time of year things just get out of control)...

work has been busy and constant. i have to work over christmas even. but to be honest it'll be kinda nice to actually be able to get some stuff DONE without everybody else around.

anyhoot, merry christmas or whatever it is you prefer to do.

You said it pal.

Good luck Vol. Hope to see everything done for you soon.
He's an idiot. Comes from upbringing. His parents are probably idiots too.
