Ok I'm almost finished with my resto on 1989 rc10l, I want to paint a cool period correct body but need some ideas.....

wow nice pics. i never knew u could buy a nib rc10 that included a painted andys body. nice!

Well where do I find that 6171 Nissan body or similar?

Hmm? Those 10L bodies were all AE molds...or are you saying they were painted by Andy....in case which one? The only one of those bodies that I know came in a 10L kit was the Nissan and it came clear.

Orriginals pop up on eBay occasionally or you can get a 1/11th scale repop. Or you can go for a Nissan from McAllister: http://www.mcallisterracing.com/index_files/Page755.htm

if you scroll through his pics there is a rc10 kit box that came with a painted andy's body. i knew someone on here had one here. i was looking for marlo but kept coming up empty.

member interga22t has a thread of his paint jobs back in the day. Hes a good painter and may generate some ideas for you.
