Zero degree rear arm mounts 7364?

Is a zero degree rear arm mount still available? 7364 used to be but that appears not to be used for the rear hubs and not mounts?

You can get them from Shapeways in black or white, I have the black version and they are nice. Just takes a couple of weeks to get them delivered.
