hi there, would anyone have a decent pic of the 12L of masami at the 1991 worlds in Singapore.
Enclosed is the best i could find of the body.. would anyone have a better resolution of the body ?

I found this interview with Masami Hirosaka and his protege Naoto Matsukura on YouTube. Masami gives a nice recollection of his experience, specifically the 2WD portion of the 1991 IFMAR World Championships held in Detroit. Some interesting tidbits...

Nice article on the World Champ RC10

I never noticed before that Masami had filled the holes from the rear chassis motor guard :shock:

It looks like it's just the chassis protector tape over the holes. Most likely to prevent the cheese grater effectform the slowing the car down

Here is my one and only onroad car. Berrickster threw it together for me to mount this old skool TOJ on. I think it turned out well but it needs taller tires in the front and I would like the rims to match the back. Any help with that is...

got some 12L stuff I need help with Id. appreciate any imput.

It's a mash-up of a 12L chassis, a 12LW front suspension + rear pod, and a 12L3 rear axle for 3 hole wheels. The added hole behind the servo, for the shock mount, is way forward compared to where it'd be on a 12LW, or 12LS. Not a bad thing...just...

My daughter came home from Eugene for her birthday this weekend and brought me a nice little box of tidbits she picked up for me. Looks to be all 12L. Not a junker in the bunch. Every wheel in here was better than any I already owned. The Red wheels...

Red wheels are Delta. White wheels are TRC, made by Delta. Black front wheels are TRC ZR-1. Nice!

Why are there two and three hole front suspension arms for the 12L? White nylon btw.

Two hole arms were used for the 12e 12I and early 12L and the three hole originaly for the 10l were used on the 12LW.
