I've had this project in my head for quite a long time, and finally found the missing front axle parts that I needed to proceed. I had jwscab machine the diff halves in order to fit the JCAR DDS tranny. I also have some red aluminum Ultima front...

thanks: I added these about 6 months ago to my ebay wishlist. I expect this to be too large though and with the new import regulations to europe trial and error has become an expensive method

Just started this project. Hyperdrive chassis and mid-motor conversion kit for the 6-gear trans and rear buggy suspension. Transmission kit comes with modified plastic gear box halves, extended motor plate, gear covers for mid or standard mounting...

Something a little different for the Kyosho crowd. This conversion for the Ultima is similar to my other C2.1 conversions but lacks an upper deck and uses a Traxxas front bulkhead and special tower to simulate a Kyosho front end. It is wider than...

For runners we will have an upper brace with mounting for a shorty lipo, but I don’t want to change the lower chassis design at all to keep it authentic. This 1/8” 6061 is pretty tough compared to the old graphite

Anyone done one of these. My ultima re-re is far from stock was thinking about getting one of these to make it a mid.

Was wondering if the transmission internals from the rear motor transmission will fit in the ot255 gear box. Not sure what other...

So a bit of background, I am piecing together an Ultima Pro-XL but using 6063 2.2 yellow mesh wheels on the rear
I have a pair of Triumph wheels for the front however when I pressed the bearings into the wheels and dummied them up on the font axles...

I just bought this the other day, better pics once it gets here. I do not recall ever seeing this one before, any Ideas what company produced it?
It has a pan-car front end with a jrx rear mounting pattern, even has holes for the 5-link side...
