If the tub chassis Team Car was released the same year as the CE, (90’) then why would the Graphite chassis cars announcement be worded this way ?

Edit: I just noticed the scan is a little messed up, the cover is February but the inside pages are March.
Who do you race for ?

I remember several of the "Inside Scoop" items being things that were already available and/or well known. Probably just filling space.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.
