Stealth 2.25 Outdrives

Post by Bgisbad »

Started building a new stealth trans this evening pulling out all the parts I’ve been hoarding b3 rebuild kit, new 6580, v2 slipper, avid top shaft. Line them all up and start greasing. I open the out drives that I remember scavenging for and they’re the wrong ones 7667 and 7668. Not happy

Where can I find decent 6577/6578 these days without paying some herb on eBay $$$$$ a side. Or is there another part to replace?

Appreciate the help.

Has anyone bought/used these Fan RC parts and can report on their quality? I've never heard of them before. Thanks.
