In 1988 Team Associated celebrated their success of having won all of the 1/12 IFMAR championship races held throughout the decade, which included:

1982 - Kent Clausen - RC12i – Grand Hotel in Anaheim, California
1984 - Tony Neisinger - RC12i - Herning Kongrescenter in Herning, Denmark
1986 - Tony Neisinger -RC12L – Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada
1988 - Masami Hirosaka - RC12L – Sports Hall De Trits in Baarn, Holland
