6010/6016 - to buy or not to buy?

Post by Lonestar »

Hi all

need your advice here

I am offered this buggy for the equivalent of $170 (keep in mind that here in europe RC10's are quite a bit more scarce than in the US) - sounds like it's fully complete.... price seems a bit on the high side to me for a 6010/6016, but then again given the seemingly fantastic shape it's in, I'm still considering it.

Would you proceed with the purchase?

The price is a little steep, that car is far from perfect. Drilled chassis, wrong tyres, cut battery cup (and there should be two), missing kit electrics. It appears clean, and would make a nice car that could be run for the experience. For about $100...

Thanks for the input

I had doubts - and as I JUST picked up a NiB FT TC3 this morning and am now strapped for $$$, I'll let this one go... unless price drops big time to $120-ish I think.

Much appreciated :)
