sand scorcher shock question

hi guys

anyone have a sand scorcher sitting on the shelve?
i need to know the distance between the mounting holes of the shocks (front and rears)
anyone know a good replacement set of larger diameter shocks that are better for bashing around than those old fragile itsy bitsy original shocks? i know they look more scale but they are poor performer when it comes to damping imho.
i'm looking for and buying parts for my scorcher project. thank you

Will the tires from a buggy champ or rough rider not fit thr scorcher? I like the treaded design more then the paddles.

Well that sucks cus I got alloy wheel covers coming in the mail.I would like to run the treaded pattern but I guess I am stuck with the paddles. :(

Ok folks, I know nothing about these, but have just been given this as part of a large score. It was thrown in for free so I am looking for some info on it please. Can anybody tell me what I have here, what I need to look out for etc... I have never...

Here is one of my SRB's, I finally got to paint it, as I have to Meany projects like we all do, I got this one 3 years ago and I am almost done with it. I need to decal it and paint the window trims...I have to put the paddle tires on it, chrome...
