Where to get fiberglass chassis material from?

Look in the phone book for an industrial plastics supplier, they'll likely have what you need.

Try a Google-search.
That's what I did and found several online suppliers for G4 and CF.
Do some checking, as prices vary depending on size and quantity.

Kamtec might be able to help you out. They are selling the sheets on ebay. Priced reasonable. (surprising)
