Re: RC10T - Adam's modern build

I just edited my post after you answered me about the hold downs. I'm searching for a transmission upgrade, I'm hitting a dead end. I need something to handle brushless power.

Re: RC10T - Adam's modern build

What battery hold downs are you using? And also, I'm searching for an transmission gear box upgrade to handle brushless power. Aparantly, the stealth from a few years ago has been discontinued. Searched around including ebay, I'm hitting a dead end.

Re: Help. Please identify this truck.

Thanks for all of the information. I've finally had the time to tinker with it again. I have found out that it is a late release RC10T from 1993 or 1994. I just got all of the old electronics out of it, got everything torn down to the chassis, and the suspension. I will be looking for the following:...

Re: New member here from Chicago area.

It has been a while since I've visited the site. Life getting in the way, ya know? Anyhow, I wanted to update my intro thread. I'm no longer in the Chicago area, we have moved down to Hot Springs, Arkansas, big change of scenery....lol! Anyhow, I've just started tinkering again with my RC10T, now I'...

Re: Help. Please identify this truck.

I'm getting ready to dust this thing off and start cleaning it up. I plan on going RPM crazy with this rig. What are my upgrade options for the differential to be able to handle brushless and lipo?

Re: Help. Please identify this truck.

Yeah, my friend at work said that steering setup is like the f1 car. I will try out and see how it works. Rc10 team huh? I saw a post on some forum that read something like the carbon fiber on top of the trans means it's a team truck. I'm not sure if that's true or not.

Re: Help. Please identify this truck.

I have posted on a few of the facebook pages that I'm on. They actually directed me over to this site. Some say its a factory team RC10T, some people tell me that this is an RC10T2. I need to know what I've got so I order all of the right parts. Also, can the transmission withstand say a 3300kv-3800...

Help. Please identify this truck.

Alright guys! Lets see who can tell me without a shadow of a doubt which RC10T this is. I got this as a trade from a friend at work for a vintage rc plane that I was never going to do anything with. He believes its 1995 model original, but this doesn't have the white suspension parts, and the origin...

Hello all! This looks like a great community. My name is Jim. I'm a father of 4. My son showed a little interest late last year in hobby grade rc, so I bought him his first hobby grade rc Truck last Christmas. When I was a kid, I was heavily into hobby grade rc and got out of it about 15years ago. F...
