Re: Anyone help identifying an rc12l or rc12ls?
Awesome! Thanks for the info! Any advice on set up? Does it need a rear shock?

Anyone help identifying an rc12l or rc12ls?
Just picked this up for cheap to use for carpet racing and I'm not sure what I have now that I brought it home. The front suspension looks like 12ls, but the chassis looks like 12l, as the front of the chassis does not have body mounts? Is that correct? Also no rear shock? Purple anodizing? This car...

Re: FPV RC10
That's cool! Didn't think about the size and space of the wheels but it makes sense.

Re: FPV RC10
So how did it go? I did a similar setup on my slash but it vibrated so bad as to be unusable:( Any advice?

Wouldn't a larger pinion help tame the wheelies? Would increase your top speed though...

Re: My latest Cadillac rc10 found on Craigslist.
Awesome find Joey!!! Too bad it will be relegated to Shelf Queen Status.... I kind of agree with VitaminK, they were meant to run. I know space is an issue....but if anything i would have one for shelf quees status and one that you can run. Thats what did with the DS cars...one nitro and two electr...

Rc10gt rtr Craigslist score
I found a gorgeous barely used rc10gt the other day. Motor was all goopy solid but I got it freed up. Never tried nitro before! Chassis is real nice, only minimal scratches. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v633/joey48442/D72D0602-BABE-4E58-9BD5-FAA85438E869_zpsyyucolum.jpg http://img.photobucket.c...

Re: My latest Cadillac rc10 found on Craigslist.
Those are some sweet rims. Something about "shelf queens" makes me sad. These are performance machines...they wanna run! ;) I feel ya! If I had a nice track to easily run on I probably would. But, for the sake of rc10 everywhere, be glad I have a traxxas slash to bash in the street. I hav...

Re: How much to pay for a roller?
I paid 75 for a graphite chassis 6 gear the other day. Also came with some nice aluminum wheels which looking at sold auctions on eBay should sell for my purchase price on their own. Granted, my car took a lot of elbow grease to get back into nice condition, I probably have ten hours of my own labor...

Re: Graphite chassis rc10 6 gear
Not sure how exactly period correct they are, but this car wasn't driven since the early nineties, so I don't think they are much newer than that.

Re: Having trouble sending a message through eBay
You can also click on "advanced" at the top right of ebay's main page (along side the "search" button). Then on the next page click on "find a member" in the bottom box on the left. there goes Jason trying to simplify things again  Todd Not for me! At l...
