Ya, Tim they are the same chassis. Also very similar to the Cosmo, but the Cosmo has a slighty different front end.

I've seen quite a few for sale, so it's value is only what someone is willing to pay for it. I don't think they will be going up in value

These cars were orginally built and designed by Andrew and Neil Sweeney in Guleph, Ontario, Canada. From what I gather, the business was then sold to a local guy and his partner an then sold to someone in the U.S. Definately an interesting car, I have several myself
