Hi, I looked into this about a year or so ago, started drawing up vector images too. Problem is I think with those colours they are screen printed? smallest qty most companies would work to was 1000 sheets.

They were pdf files, I saved a load from that topic when the links were active, if you have trouble finding let me know I may be able to send them over

I had this happen with a small screen on a video camera - I used Losi DeBonder - it removed the glue and did NOT react with the face.
