Re: A LITTLE MORE LOSI HISTORY
Resurrecting a post from the dead! Del Mar came after The Ranch...Colton Ranch Skateboard Park. Allen skated and Gil bought an RC car. They actually had a track that they built next to the park (both are LONG gone now). As I recall, people were complaining about the noise and the Losi's were kind o...

Cougar Rear Hub Update Kit
Does anyone know if the U8515 Rear Universal Hub Upgrade - LD2 will fit a KC Cougar?
A local Schumacher dealer seems to THINK so, but at $75, it's an expensive gamble.
Thanks in advance!

Schumacher Shock Question
I picked up a Cougar KC recently (love it!) and was wondering if the u4209 alloy vented shock caps would fit my shocks?
Not a big fan of the stock plastic ones, my 22X4 improved greatly when I upgraded it's shock caps to the alloy vented ones.
Thanks in advance!

Re: Tamiya Blackfoot , Monster Beetle, Mud Blaster, build tips for you
Man, I was just complaining to a friend about the ridiculous amount of bump steer my freshly built re-release Monster Beetle had. Tried your trick of installing the ball studs on the underside of the servo saver and POW! Gone! You've made my day. I must say that the MIP ball diff was probably the be...

Re: (1986-2005) RC Car Action Archives
I've tried all the links in this thread...the issues on internet archive I have on PDF, I have a lot of paper issues, but I'm missing from 1989 to 1994.
Has anyone got a working pdf link for these issues?
Thanks!

Re: Post Pictures of your Losi Vehicles
These are 90% of my Losi buggies, the Heavy Metal body is mounted on a XX4 WE. Need to finish painting my BK2 & Junior T and do another shoot with the trucks. If anyone knows where I can get a Dodge Stratus body to replace the monstrosity on my new built IWC Street Weapon, I'd love to know... 10...

Re: Turbo Mid Score
Some fresh photos. It baffled me why the White Mid's decals didn't sit straight, I wasn't having that! After some sectioning they're much better. The platinum shocks on the SE are brand new, factory filled with oil and not an air bubble in sight, just perfect! Expensive and a real mission to find. B...

Re: Turbo Mid Score
Those are some awesome Mids. Well done sir!! 8) The alloy wheels look very nice. They appear to have been polished (or plated?), did they arrive that way? Thanks! The wheels didn't come polished, but it only took a minute with some Autosol to shine them up. I bought a set of stock rims, now I can't...

Re: Turbo Mid Score
Well, the SE is done! Just waiting on some decals. Here it is...(please excuse the gold shocks in the 1st photo and the double posting?) I bought some alloy wheels. but a set of factory wheels came up. so I had to buy those, too, of course. I'll probably run the factory rims. I installed a KO servo ...

Re: Best Kyosho Score In....?
I had a moment of weakness and picked up a Turbo Optima kit. I now have a gaggle of Optimas. The SE build is getting really close, new chassis, arms, uprights, upper chassis, belt covers, bumper...but boy I am in need of some platinum shocks. If anyone has some? 20210410_172043.jpg 20210410_142803.j...

Re: Losi TEN T SCT NITRO!
Search A Main or fleabay for Ten T arms. Identical. Do the Traxxas EZ Start conversion. The final drive gear will strip in the Losi system. You have to dremel a little off the crank button, I'll pull my truck down and shoot photos, if you want. There used to be a youtube video on how to do it, but I...

Re: Best Kyosho Score In....?
The "new" Turbo Mid is such an origional car. Only needed a gentle wash and the shocks cleaned and topped up. Here it is, before and after a 30 hour 11 am-7am 30 hour "rebuild". I love it. My white Mid is coming along, need to solder the motor wires on, but I was exhausted. I tri...

Nice score!
I would have just slipped him $100, $60 is criminal.
Those cars drive and jump so well.
