Same boat as you; OE correctness didn't matter to me.
I sourced A&L truck wheels with AE bearing adapters for tamiya sized bearings. (I don't know the AE PN off hand)
The 5mm front axles for JRXT aren't available otherwise that would make it a bolt on without the bearing adapters.

Check out Pargu Store, they offer machined aluminum clamps for your needs.
