I kinda think it is a kamtec, first thought was Tamiya but doesn’t have the pressing for the emblem on the hood, and not sure you could get it without body mount holes. I'm not real fond of the sidewinder at all, you might try sticking a fan on it and see how it does. I have seen a few of them with the castle blowers zip tied to them.

pretty sure this is the same guy.
