Has anyone heard, through the grapevine, if or when AE is going to come out with a new version of the RC10 or RC10T? I think it's been near 5 or 6 years since the B4 and T4 were introduced.
Thanks

Sand Viper
I have an RC10B4 and RC10 CE and my friend saw mine over the weekend. Thus, now he is interested in getting into the hobby and building a kit has the most appeal to him. Given that he is budget minded does any one recommend a Sandviper over the RC10B4. It would be about $100 less, even if he gets th...

Re: B4 stealth transmission in a gold tub??
Thanks. I will either try to find a stealth tranny for the gold tub or try to get my 6 gear to run smoother.

B4 stealth transmission in a gold tub??
Can you put a B4 stealth transmission in a gold tub 10? If so, what else do you need to do to make it functionable?
Thanks

I think you'll definately like it. If for some reason you don't let me know why.
By the way , Orion says you don't need to balance their Lipo packs. I wonder why their advice is different??

Re: What Battery charger to buy
I like the Duratrax Onyx 230. Only $79 or $89.
Can charge basically anything. If you use Lipo you may need a balancer.

Re: Novak Havoc
If anyone even cares, I got my Novak Havoc 8.5 and Team Orion 3400 mah 25C Lipo and it is sweet. I was pulling wheelies and running for about 35-40 min per cycle.
If you get 2 lipo batteries you would literally never have to wait to run your car.
Thanks

Re: Novak Havoc 8.5 combo vs. Castle Sidewinder 5700kv
I just bot a Novak Havoc 8.5 Combo w/ a Team Orion Lipo 3400 mAH 25C. It should be in sometime next week.
This is my first move to Lipo and brushless from Nicd and brushes.
I can't wait to see the results.
Thanks for all the advice.

Re: Novak Havoc 8.5 combo vs. Castle Sidewinder 5700kv
Thanks so much everyone for you input. I originally was going to get the Novak, but then I was concerned with the ease of adjustment that the USB offered.
Now, I highly intrigued by the Novak.
Thank you again.

Novak Havoc 8.5 combo vs. Castle Sidewinder 5700kv
I have been on the fence between both of these systems for about a month. I plan on putting in my FT B4 and also upgrading to lipo. It looks like when it is all said and done the Sidewinder is a little more expensive due to the USB programming cable. Does anyone have any strong feelings for or again...

Where can you find the parts for the old shocks, some of the washers are different for the newer cars.
Thank you for any advice.

RC10 gold tub conversion to use new tires/wheels
I've seen a previous post about putting B2 CVD's on a gold tub to use B2 tires and wheels. But what do you need for a gold tub to use B4 tires and wheels??
Thanks

I'm going to buy a Novak Havoc Combo, but I'm debating between a 8.5, 10.5, and 13.5 turn motors. I want my car to be quick but mainly want to use it on a motocross track and run time and controllability is the most important aspects for me.
Any opinions???

Re: Spur Gear for RC10 CE
Great i appreciate the help, I thought the car was done for. What pinion do you recommend, I actually just ordered Robison Racing odd # pinion set. I think it comes with 6 going from 15 to 25, my motor is a 17 turn.
