Re: Servo problem
If your radio has subtrim adjust it a click or two. I'm not familiar with that brand of servo, but my Futaba digital is silent at neutral and I read an article in the July RCCA about radio adjustments and it explained to be sure that end point are adjusted properly so that the servo is silent at ful...

Re: Decent inexpensive brushless motor for a newbie?
Yea, I'm fine with the turns. I think the one I got goes down to 8.5....which is way too fast for me. I'm gonna start at 15.5 or maybe 13.5 at the lowest. I'm already not that great of a driver, I don't need balistic speed to destroy my car even more.

Re: Decent inexpensive brushless motor for a newbie?
I have the AI with the 13.5 turn LRP brushless on my 870c and it is fine. Quick motor. There is also the Reedy combo kits that can be had for cheap coin as well. The AI sensored system will only work with the LRP sensored motors I believe..... Ahh, I see. Well that really narrows it down a bit, lol...

Decent inexpensive brushless motor for a newbie?
A brushless newbie, that is... I just snagged an LRP AI Brushless Pro esc on the bay and was curious of a decent motor on the cheap. Probably a 13.5T or 15.5T at the lowest. Still haven't nailed down the kv equivilents. It'll probably go into a TC4 or I'll shoehorn it into my 12L4. [du...

If it's a Team Truck it originally had 1/4" universals, not dogbones.

I would've started worrying as soon as the seller said 'I'd like to remain anonymous'. Neat item though.

Re: My old RC10L team car
The above pic shows damper tubes. Just another way of dampening roll. The op's 10L, the tie rod virtually eliminates roll. Associated also made roll stop inserts for the top pod plate that go in between the the damper disks to limit roll.

Re: Motor Storage = Silver Eagle Coin Storage
I still have a US Mint green top Silver Eagle tube from when I was into collecting coins. I also found that one cent (penny) tubes are good to store Dremel sanding disks. I need to get some quarter size or half dollar size to store and organize my cutting wheels.

Re: $20 off $50 order at Tower!
No problem, it was worth a shot. Usualy the 10-12% codes can be passed around but a code like yours open to the masses...Tower would take a pretty good hurt. You'd be my new hero if it would've worked. Just curious, how long has it been since you last ordered before you got the code. They must've re...
