Re: Vintage Race @ oOple Invernational

Thanks for posting...was that a Shadow leading the later half of the race? RC10 Team car led the whole way I believe :) The thread about the race is here though with a bit more info: http://www.oople.com/forums/showthread.php?t=103300 PS. Re: Durango DEX410 4wd

Hi there, I'm one of the Team Durango drivers in the UK, at the last UK BRCA National (Robin Hood Raceway) i qualified 3rd in the A with mine, there were also 2 other team drivers in there too, its an awesome car. There will be a report on oOple soon. I think your starting point of 10k fron 5k rear ...

PB Maxima Shells or Alternative

Is anyone doing reproductions of these? Or perhaps there is a decent looking (and fitting!) alternative. Any advice appreciated.

Re: New Schumacher Cougar 2wd buggy!!!!

BRCA Winter Championship Finals (basically the official UK Indoor Championship for 2009) took place at Worksop, UK this weekend, Simon Moss won using the Cougar SV on its debut, another SV driven by Tom Cockerill was 10th, I was 9th with my X6  . There will be a report on oOple in the next few...

Re: New Schumacher Cougar 2wd buggy!!!!

I think the cougar will be just fine on clay, its not really been tested on actual clay, but has been on similar surfaces eg the cork/rubberised flooring here http://www.oople.com/rc/photos/worksopplayersrematch/ , which has some of the characteristics of a clay track. I raced my X6 at the JConcepts...

Re: New Schumacher Cougar 2wd buggy!!!!

They've been quite keen on not allowing body off shots yet and want to keep it under wraps, but pretty soon everyone will be able to see for themselves, its pretty cool :D . Personally i think the car is pitched well and fills a gap in the market for an off the shelf mid-motored 2wd, im currently ru...

Re: New Schumacher Cougar 2wd buggy!!!!

I too am not a big fan of the SX body shell till today but the car is very nice. Those alloy mounts are a must in my opinion...seems to tighten up the feel of the diffs. You are right, so many choices now...throw in Durango's new 1/8th buggy man oh man! You have seen the new 2wd 1/10th Durango have...
