Kipps and custom works springs also fit, i prefer the kipps myself. A little cheaper too if i recall.

actually the cars have gotten more complex and more adjustable but a little cleaner and less "lets just drill a million holes in every mounting point" type designs

best bet is to buy a donor and mix-an-match the parts.

took the one lhs not 15 minutes from the track 4 years to start carrying tires we use there and not till after they moved to over 40 minutes away in another part of the county. they dont carry servos from hitec or futaba, they dont have wide paint selection, they dont carry associated or losi. they ...

whats really scary is ive started seeing people call the black plastic rtr traxxas cars vintage.
traxxas rustler is not vintage, just cause it has an msc does not mean its a time capsule into some long forgotten era in rc.

the other real gem in that lot is that blue engine mount. imo they were the best thing for them old tub chassis'. eliminated the flex under and around the engine mount which killed spurs and bent engine mount brackets.

old tricks but they left out a big thing. when ca is applied to certain fabrics like cotton it has a exothermic reaction. itgets hot and an burn your skin and even potentially catch fire (ive never heard of it happening but it can do so) jeremy clarkson found out the hard way in the top gear Vietnam...
