Hmmm... I see the beginnings of a pulling hitch here rather than a body mount.

Re: Wanted: Custom Works Enforcer Instruction Manual

I was finally able to get a copy of the instruction manual directly from Rob at Custom Works. 8)

(I am noting this here in case anyone else is looking for one.)

Wanted: Custom Works Enforcer Instruction Manual

Usually I can easily find copies of older RC manuals with a simple Google search, but in this case I am striking out. I need a copy (digital or paper) of the Custom Works Enforcer instruction manual. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Re: Help with RC10T3 drive shaft

I have never lost one of those pins. All you have to do is use a quality Allen wrench and a dab of blue thread lock when installing the set screw.

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread

The rear bumper is definitely the same material as the nerf bars and wing mounts. You are absolutely correct about the rear shock tower. Thank you! Are the bars plastic or aluminum? If aluminum I'll stick with my guess that they are Pro-Track parts. A lot of old dirt oval guys were the DIY type, an...

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread

I know that this is a sprint car of some sort. I removed the wing and body for the picture. Can anyone tell me exactly what it is (or point out the individual parts that you see if this was not a complete kit)? I threw on some front arms, random wheels and tires, the body, and the wing so that I co...

Re: Pan car

I agree that you likely have the car overgeared with those large tires. Also, if the Green Machine 2 (with 24 degrees of timing) was running hot, then switching to the pink motor (with 36 degrees of timing) will have made it even worse.

Re: RC10Talk community build

One thing I forgot to really mention- as every person receives the car and does their part, they are doing it their way. Just because I started with blue anodizing doesn’t mean the next guy can’t strip it and ano it purple. This is what will make the build exciting, as each person will add their ow...
