Re: Kyosho RB6

I love Kyosho buggies but that is the ugliest body I have EVER seen. That's a Proline bulldog body. Won the last IFMAR worlds (of course on an associated;) Hopefully the rb6 will be more durable than previous offerings. I know a few guys with them and they seem to break weird/random parts like fron...

Re: UK RC10 rebuild

I guess I have a more strict definition of "very" rare. When I hear very I think cable drives, stealth cars, and personal vehicles from pros. No worries on knocking me. I'm much newer to this than you  with that said, maybe I should try to buy a NIP one I know of on an unnamed sit...

Re: UK RC10 rebuild

Nice find! The rpm car, very nice. I wouldn't say they are very rare. But, I wouldn't say they are common either. A lot of those were dyed all sorts of fun colors. Thanks for sharing!

Great find! I remember when the b2 came out. I wanted one soooo bad. Been browsing for one and I have also noticed they are outrageously priced. Wonder why

Re: RC10L fiberglass box art restoration

Thanks! It's a vintage TRC low profile antenna tube. I had one NIB so I figured I'd use it. Since this will be a box art car, I was trying to keep it as real looking as possible. Unfortunately, I think it's going to interfere with the drivers figure. If you're going to use an Associated Nissan body...

Re: First Yokomo!

Clean that bumper up well, they're hard to locate. Your right- its a 94' YZ10 all stock, but incorrect rear tires and tecnacraft turnbuckles- everything else I see off hand from the wing, mounts, and buttons are correct 8) Sweet! I'm really stoked on such a clean/stock find! Especially here in vega...

I run "junk rc" wanted ads on Craigslist. Guy emailed me. I had to talk him off his delusion though. He was convinced it was from the 70's

Re: Just got my first very first RC10

Definitely a mish/mash! I see early shock towers and front arms. The shock caps have been changed out. I love the improvised rear sway bar and the adjustable front. Sweet period racing mods. Don't know what's up with the chassis work toward the rear drivers side. All in all it looks to be a late edi...

Re: Craiglist rc parts/cars posts, hilarity thread

Saved the best for last!!! Notice the hairy, tatoo'd leg with painted big toe used to show scale for the "vintage" allen wrench set. I was unaware the allen wrench had a collectors market!
