Electric Stealth trans with GT gears?
I ended up with a pile of RC10T parts, and when I combined them with the parts I already have I had almost enough for another truck. I decided to piece it together, but I'm missing a few parts, and I ended up with a RC10GT trans. My question is can I buy an electric trans, and use the gears from the...

Re: Making a body mold out of plaster of Paris?
I've talked with an old dude that makes lexan bodies for slot cars, and the way he does it is he buys a 1:24 scale model, builds it, makes sure all the openings are blocked (Or sealed) and that's his starting point. He sprays it with a release agent, and covers the model with RTV... a lot of RTV. He...

A great R/C loss?
I was setting at my computer last night posting on my fave R/C forum when I herd a loud “BOOM”. (It sounded like my landscaping neighbor had dropped some heavy equipment off of his trailer.) Suddenly I felt a great loss in the (R/C) FORCE, as if hundreds of happy voices had been suddenly silenced. T...

NEW traffic FINES for California drivers.
With this bad economy, + anticipated $5.00 a gallon gasoline by summer, now we have bigger fines for traffic violations (To help California recover from it's recession)

Re: New-OLD Bolink trophy truck
Pretty, but I like the kinda 'rat' look of the black one best still. Care to disclose where the roof lights and front bumper are from? roof lights: Tamiya Toyota Hi-lift, why? because they come in dark chrome, and it looks good. front bumper: I make the titanium brush guard, and I mounted a HPI RS4...

Are you interested in a better body? I got the Robby Gorden Ford F-150 trophy truck bodies in, would anyone be interested in a newer body for your TA01/02 Did you know that when you buy a body from Tower, or any LHS you are paying twice what they are paying for that body. So for every body they sell...

Re: New-OLD Bolink trophy truck
The body I have is junk, came on a car I won on eBay. It's nothing worth speaking off or showing pics. The body I have in the photos, I rescued from the trash, and the window post were gone. I had to rebuild them with tape, and a hot glue gun, then I just painted over them to hide it. I can't wait ...
