Re: If I had a 3D printer…
The slicer software is on computer not the printer , it takes a solid shape and Slices it into layers and sets a rout for the printer to follow to print each layer , this is then exported as a G code file to the printer

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
The teardown has begun. The chassis and all components are in pretty good shape. The tyres were never glued. 1.jpg The body on the other hand............... 2.jpg It's been soaking in undiluted Simple Green. It doesn't eat the paint. It seems to get under it and help lift it off. The red and white ...

Re: Again another Marui project : Super Wheelie and Big Bear!

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
What I think is an early long wheelbase Mardave Meteor and 3 TX's . Well used but I'm sure it'll clean up good .

Another Meteor
The last car I had in my youth was the Mardave Meteor , I guess it never got the development time I put into my Hotshot as my interests were moving on to real cars and the fairer sex . So now again it's the last car to add to my collection . Now correct me if I'm wrong but I think its an early long ...

Re: The dog thread

During the summer we have a faucet outside they use during the day with a valve that they operate by putting pressure to it, really simple and they love it. W...

Re: Another Meteor
Got a little further yesterday , tried stopping the stock shocks leaking by adding an O ring (10x1mm) to the cap , had to cut away the thread so it sits in , worked perfectly on three but one is still weeping , I'll almost certainly go for FanRC RC10 shocks in the long run anyway . Also made up a cu...

Re: The dog thread
Em has been hyper needy since being given a shower the moment we got back from our walk , epic fox poo rolling session had left my eyes watering in the car on the way home , she knew the jig was up when the others were let off the lead but she was dragged into the bathroom . Now she's all " you...

Re: My tamiya collection
That's a nice collection
What I tend to do with pictures is take them from a greater distance then crop them back to make the file smaller , not sure if it's better but it's simpler for me .
