One of the unsatisfactory things about the Holiday Buggy chassis is the lack of damping , now at the rear it's very easy to replace the rear FRP transverse leaf spring with coil over shocks but up front like the Grasshopper it just has pogo springs and very little space, I've been wracking my brain ...

That's really impressive Mark :shock: ,even more considering you only just got the printer ! To me the support marks on one side are acceptable , what resin are you using ? If you get a failure you may experiment with painting a thin smoothing coat of resin on and then curing again , it may help a b...

It's a bit of a challenge , I've just sorted most of it but it will need a guard under the rear screws for the bottom arms as they will be a lowest point , that's unavoidable though .
