Re: what lunsford pins set to get for my buggy
AE changed the rear arms, it was a running change. You must have the early arms, so at that point I’d go for the kit that matches dimensions. The worlds will have the shorter pins.

Re: Do I need different tired lengths with the rpm long cups
This is all three sizes. The AE 6274 cups are 16mm OAL, 6mm wide, and have 9mm thread depth. These were recently discontinued but can still be found. The standard RPM cup is 20mm OAL, 7.5mm wide, and have 13mm thread depth. The long RPM cup is 26mm OAL, 7.5mm wide, and have 19mm thread depth. They a...

Re: How to clean/refurbish steel ball studs?
Replace them.
The ones from Custom Works are nice, and they retain the 4-40 thread.

Replace them. The ones from Custom Works are nice, and they retain the 4-40 thread. Are you referring to these https://www.customworksrc.com/product/short-hex-drive-ball-stud/ if they fit the stock ball cups I may keep a set in my kit for spares For now I'm going to keep the stock studs. They have ...

Wire wheel in a Dremel tool is my method too. Then wiped down with a little oil to ward off future rust.

Re: RC10 Team car restoraion
Rebuilt the rear hub carriers, the bearings were pretty shot so I put new ones in. The dogbones were ok, a little bent and rusty so I straightened them out and painted them semi-gloss black. One of the shock collars was missing, looked around for some original ones but ended up getting some 3D prin...

Re: Stealth Trans w/Gear Diff
I read somewhere that Axial SCX10 transmission is a direct fit for the RC10 (same bolt spacing). Not sure if it's true. Anyway, I'd like to experiment a little with running a spool on my loose dirt track. Yeah, it's crazy but what the heck. I picked up an Amazon Chinese knockoff trans to check this...

Re: Where are cars made (Losi)
The contentiousness over whether Taiwan is a country (autonomous or otherwise) or part of China aside, hopefully we can assume that "Made in Taiwan" is in fact made in Taiwan, and "Made in China" is in fact made in mainland China. **Saves Hong Kong debate for another day  Th...

Re: Starting a best shock argument !
My favorite shocks of all time have to be the 12mm Associated shocks, specifically from the B6 / T6 / SC6 series. Just installed a set of the B6 shocks on my ReReworlds and they're amazing! https://i.ibb.co/WHfRZVt/F017-DAB0-46-B0-42-AE-9402-F733-FFC4-A81-D.jpg https://i.ibb.co/FBd7CtN/9-A8-AF592-3...

Orangemazda’s RC10CE 1.5 build
Hey guys, I’ve seen some cool T2 based buggy builds including Scr8p’s RC10 1.5 builds. I thought it would be cool to build a car as if Associated had designed the RC10 championship edition 1.5 version. So here it is. . 4339B740-6B4B-4FC6-85AF-AA28AA949437.jpeg E7314660-77A9-415D-961B-B2FCA77A40AD.jp...
