Not sure if you are racing/bashing or what 17.5 motor, but my race setup yields 75/28-29 with a FDR around 5.0 for 17.5 Blinky with a Reedy SP5 with a 30mm motor fan, so with your 84 and racing you could look at 84/26-28 conservatively for racing to 84/21-23 for messing around I would think. * the 7...

New built T2, slightly modernized for vintage racing. My son started vintage racing with a truck I built and sold BITD and he wanted to run more than one class so we built this. It's scary fast for what it is

Little goodie from Factory Works- many more things going to be coming from Jeff soon for this- Going to try an old school 1/12 scale trick for high torque-low RPM motors and see what it does too

When picking a brushless motor, I seem to always go for a 17.5, 13.5, or 10. But I see that 21.5 and 25.5 are both used for some racing classes. Is a larger number rating chosen so you can run really low gear ratios to make good speed instead of high rpms and high gear ratios? Or is it for running ...

Some of the slightly more modern cars have definitely been fast on the vintage race circuit- the XX looked super smooth and I thought about building one...but I have way more AE and B2 parts....so here will be the start of the B2.4-

Just a little more. Mounted some fresh tires to break in, thanks to Teshreve I have 99% of the springs and extra shocks I was looking for (like to be able to just swap entire shock packages into the car during testing). Still have more to go
