Hey probably my favourite car is the Yokomo yz-834b , hard to describe it as pretty more brutish and boxy .

A thing I've started doing recently that's really helped me with measurements is to do the math in Fusion , if you need a 2.5mm hole with its circumference 5mm from an edge you can do the little bit of math 2.5÷2+5= in the measurement window so instead of doing the math elsewhere and drawing a line ...

Hard to get a good picture of this, holding it in one hand and taking photo with tablet in the other and a dog (that suddenly weighed two tuns and could not be moved) on my lap , it's meant to be a Hot Laps wheel for the Yokomo 834b .

Just got this off the printer , same wheel in grey silk PLA , need to add a fillet to the rim then I'll stick them on Thingiverse .

The wheel is on Thingiverse now .

Id put good money on the diff and red pulley being the same parts as the Zerda .

I don't know if it helps but all the shafts on the Zerda have machined flat areas for set screws to locate , maybe a burr is catching on the flat area stopping the shafts coming out .

It can be frustrating trying to measure warped/shrunk parts and trying to determine if something is meant to be 25mm 25.25mm or 25.5mm , the solution I use a fair bit is to make 3mm holes 3.5mm instead , this not only allows for hole shrinkage in 3d printing but gives you a little wiggle room as wel...

Result of the front test piece , it's mostly very good :D , there's a few things like the servo cut out that needs to go forward 1.5mm , the diff bearing seats are slightly off but all the screw holes line up and the suspension fits perfectly .
