I use needle nose pliers and kinda angle it so you have one side on the end of the pin and the other against the threads. If you're careful it doesn't cause any issues. Once it budges, it usually comes out fairly easy. Below is a fancier solution.

Hey all, rather than thank everyone individually, I thank you all. Buried him out back this morning. My daughter came home for it. He was with us almost 17 years. He had a helluva run. RIP Mr. Bubby Man.

I just tried to get on for the first time today and got a message that I was temporarily banned. I just assumed it was because of my view on Andy's arms vs. RPM.

I prefer the black wheels.

The Magnesium does look good. It's just when I picture the car after the unveiling, I think the black will look best. But I'm also the guy that RIT dyed every single RC car part black bitd.

Looks awesome. How do these compare weight-wise to a regular buggy? I would kinda guess lighter but it's kinda hard to imagine since I've only had experience with much smaller amounts of RPM material. Just curious.

Awesome job! Any reason not to paint it like the original Lightning McQueen? If you're just not wanting to go all the way down that road, I would think maybe like a '58 or so Vette may fit that body style.
